I already know that I don’t need training in Actual Budget—I just want it running smoothly. Once the hardware (or hosted equivalent) is decided, I expect you to handle the full install of Actual Budget, configure it so I can reach it from both my phone and my computer when I’m away, and secure it with HTTPS and strong credentials.
