I’m growing a health-and-wellness brand on Instagram and need fresh, engaging social media content that keeps my audience motivated and coming back for more. Your job is to ideate, write and package posts specifically for Instagram—think captions that spark conversation, visuals that feel on-brand and short-form ideas ready for Reels or carousel formats.

Please build each piece of content around evidence-based wellness themes (nutrition tips, workout motivation, mindfulness, etc.) while matching a friendly, trustworthy tone. I’ll provide brand guidelines and any reference material you need; in return I expect polished, upload-ready posts delivered in an editable format (Canva, Adobe Express or similar) along with a short explanation of the strategy behind them.
