Instagram Reels Video Editor Needed -- 2

We’re looking for an experienced short-form video editor to create high-quality Instagram Reels for our brand.

We’re looking for premium, engaging and professionally edited Reels with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, visual quality and viewer retention.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong short-form storytelling and viewer retention
- Fast-paced, well-timed cuts that keep the Reel engaging
- Creative use of B-roll, overlays and visual elements
- Dynamic framing, punch-ins, zooms and speed changes where appropriate
- Smooth and seamless transitions
- Clean, modern text animations and motion graphics
- Strong music and voiceover sync
- Detailed sound design with well-placed SFX
- Professional colour correction and grading
- A strong hook and engaging visual treatment in the first few seconds
- Attention to detail that makes the final edit feel polished and premium

We do not want generic/template-style editing, excessive transitions or unnecessary effects. Every cut, animation, sound and visual element should feel intentional and contribute to the overall storytelling.

We will provide the raw footage, concept/script and reference videos. The editor should be able to understand the references and deliver a similar level of polish, creativity, pacing and editing quality, while also bringing their own creative judgement to the edit.
