Instagram Reels Creator for Personal Brand

About the Role I’m building a personal brand around self-improvement, fitness, entrepreneurship, lifestyle and documenting my journey of building a new life in Bangalore. I’m looking for a creative Content Creator who can shoot, edit and help create engaging Instagram Reels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with me and capture real-life moments, not just staged content. ⸻ What You’ll Do * Shoot Instagram Reels and short-form videos regularly * Capture day-to-day content (fitness, business, lifestyle, experiences) * Film talking videos, B-roll, POV and storytelling content * Edit Reels with hooks, captions, music and transitions * Suggest content ideas and trends * Help plan weekly content * Maintain consistent posting * Organise and manage content files * Occasionally travel locally for shoots (gym, business, activities) ⸻ What We’re Looking For * Good understanding of Instagram Reels * Basic videography skills (framing, lighting, angles) * Good editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / similar) * Creative mindset and ability to generate ideas * Understanding of viral content (hooks, retention) * Reliable and consistent * Comfortable shooting on phone ⸻ Equipment We will primarily shoot on an iPhone 17 Pro Max, so you should be comfortable creating high-quality content using a smartphone. ⸻ Bonus (Not Mandatory) * Experience with fitness / lifestyle / food content * Experience growing Instagram pages * Photography skills * Understanding of trends and viral formats ⸻ Who Should Apply * Someone who loves Instagram and Reels * Someone who is creative and proactive * Someone who wants to grow with a personal brand from Day 1 * Someone who enjoys filming real-life content
