Instagram Non-Follower Unfollow Audit

I have around 6,800 Instagram profiles that still sit in my “Following” list even though they do not follow me back. I want every one of those accounts removed, none kept, and it must be done directly from my account—no third-party automation or scheduling tools.

Because account safety is critical, I am looking for a specialist who already understands Instagram’s current rate limits and can outline a step-by-step, risk-free rhythm (daily cap, rest periods, device/IP rotation if needed, etc.) that keeps the account clear of action blocks or bans while still moving the job along at a reasonable pace.
