Instagram Marketing & Back Office

I need a freelancer who can take charge of my Instagram presence from strategy through publishing while also lending a hand with day-to-day back-office tasks that keep the workflow running smoothly.

For the social side, the brief is clear: concentrate solely on Instagram and produce a balanced mix of Stories, feed Posts, and Reels that feel consistent with my brand voice and visual identity. You’ll plan the content calendar, create or source the visuals, write captions and hashtags, schedule everything through Meta Business Suite (or another scheduler you prefer such as Later or Buffer), and keep an eye on insights so we know what to double down on next month.

Away from the feed, I’ll occasionally pass you light administrative work—updating spreadsheets, organising campaign assets in Google Drive, or drafting quick email replies related to marketing collaborations. Nothing complex, just the kind of back-office support that helps us stay organised and lets you move projects forward without waiting on me.

Deliverables
• Monthly content calendar outlining all Stories, Posts, and Reels
• Ready-to-publish creative assets with copy and hashtags
• Weekly performance snapshot with actionable recommendations
• Timely completion of any agreed back-office tasks

Acceptance criteria
• Visuals sized correctly for each Instagram format
• Captions free of spelling or grammar errors and aligned with brand tone
• Scheduled posts published on the agreed dates/times
• Analytics report sent every seven days, highlighting reach, engagement, and next steps
