I’m a board-certified dermatologist and I want to turn my Instagram feed into a steady source of new patient inquiries. The channel already exists, but it needs a professional who can plan, create, and publish educational skincare content that positions me as the go-to expert in my city.
Your day-to-day work will start with building a clear monthly content calendar focused on concise, evidence-based tips, myth-busting reels, and carousel posts that explain common conditions and treatments in plain language. Every asset should match my brand colours and clinic style while staying compliant with medical advertising guidelines.
Beyond posting, I’d like you to:
• Draft engaging captions with relevant dermatology and local hashtags.
• Reply to comments and DMs promptly, flagging potential bookings to my receptionist.
• Monitor insights weekly, then fine-tune topics and posting times to maximise reach and conversion.
• Provide a brief performance report at month-end highlighting follower growth, engagement rate, and leads generated.
I will supply patient-approved images, treatment photos, and any medical references you need. Please share examples of healthcare or aesthetics accounts you’ve managed and outline the tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Adobe) you prefer to schedule and analyse posts.
Looking forward to seeing how you can turn educational skincare content into a growing patient community.
