• Handling rewards—some contributors will prefer a direct payment, others a service coupon, and I’m happy to offer both options.
• Tracking everything in a simple spreadsheet or dashboard so I can see who took part, what they posted, and when.
• Delivering a concise monthly summary with links or screenshots of each piece of feedback.

If you already have a small network of creators or professionals you can tap into, that’s ideal; otherwise, you’ll need to build one from scratch. Clear communication, respect for participant privacy, and an eye for authentic-sounding language are essential.
