Instagram Lead Generation Assistant

I need reliable support to expand Velvet Studio’s reach on Instagram. Your main task will be to identify independent hairstylists and small salon owners whose work aligns with our brand, capture key details about each profile, and draft persuasive outreach content.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Research & data capture – For every prospect, log the services they highlight and their current follower count, along with the profile link and any other notes that help confirm relevance.
• Organization – Maintain a clean, shareable spreadsheet so I can sort and filter prospects quickly.
• Promotional messaging – Create engaging, promotion-focused messages that feel personal rather than scripted. I don’t have existing templates, so I’ll rely on your copy suggestions and best-practice guidance.
• Iteration – After the first batch, we’ll review results together and refine tone, length, and cadence before scaling further.

Attention to detail, clear communication, and on-time delivery are essential. If you can demonstrate those qualities in the initial assignment, we can extend the collaboration into an ongoing role.
