Instagram-Integrated Support Chat System

I want to boost customer satisfaction by giving my support team a single place to handle every Instagram Direct Message. The task is to build or configure an admin-side chat system that:

• Pulls incoming messages from our Instagram business account in real time and pushes agent replies back without breaking Instagram’s policies.
• Lets multiple agents log in, claim or reassign conversations, add quick-reply templates, and see full message history.
• Stores chat data in a database I can back up locally.
• Offers a simple dashboard with unread counters and basic response-time stats so I can track how well we are doing.

Please include:
1. A clean, web-based interface ready to deploy on my VPS.
2. Step-by-step setup documentation and any API keys or webhook settings required for Instagram integration.
3. Notes on recommended tech stack and how to extend the system later to other channels should we choose to.

A working demo or screen share will be the first milestone; final delivery is the complete source code plus installation guide.
