Instagram Inbox Response Assistant

I need a dependable assistant to keep my Instagram DMs clear and responsive. Almost every message you’ll handle is general follower interaction—thanking supporters, answering simple questions, and ensuring everyone feels acknowledged. I already have detailed scripts and tone-of-voice guidelines; your role is to apply them precisely and flag anything that falls outside the templates for my review.

Key responsibilities
• Check the inbox several times a day and reply within an agreed 1--2-hour window.
• Use the provided scripts verbatim where they fit, tweaking only greetings or closings as needed.
• Tag, archive, or flag conversations so the inbox stays organized and urgent items surface quickly.
• Compile a brief daily report of unusual questions, potential collaborations, or messages needing escalation.

You’ll succeed if you’re fluent in English, know Instagram’s features (quick replies, labeling, story replies), and can maintain a friendly, professional tone throughout. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or similar tools is helpful but not essential.

Deliverable: a consistently zero-backlog inbox plus a concise end-of-day summary during our first week together. If we’re both satisfied, this can evolve into ongoing work.
