I’m ready to fill my Instagram feed with fresh, opinion-driven Health & Wellness content that sparks conversation and keeps followers coming back. I need concise, scroll-stopping captions for standard feed posts (no Stories or Reels for now, though being comfortable with those formats is a plus for future work).

Here’s what I’m after:
• Captions that feel like a friendly chat—100-150 words each—sharing clear viewpoints on nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and overall lifestyle balance.
• A quick hook up top, a relatable example or fact in the middle, and a takeaway or call-to-action at the end.
