Instagram Growth Strategist Needed/ social media

I run the personal profile @simply_amanagarwal and will soon add two-to-three related accounts, all aimed at a broad, general-public audience. I’m looking for an experienced Instagram and social-media professional who can take full ownership of day-to-day management while steering long-term growth.

What I need from you
The role covers the entire content and growth cycle: developing a clear strategy, planning and publishing Reels, feed posts and Stories, writing scroll-stopping captions with smart hashtag sets, keeping the profile grid cohesive, and actively engaging to attract real followers—not bots. You’ll suggest fresh content ideas based on current trends, track performance with Instagram Insights (or a preferred analytics tool), and send me a concise monthly report so we can fine-tune what works.

There may be overlap across multiple accounts, so strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle several calendars at once are important.

Deliverables I expect each month
• Detailed content plan and posting schedule
• Creation (or direction) of all visual assets: Reels, static posts, Stories
• Captions and hashtag research ready for approval
• Daily community engagement to foster authentic growth
• End-of-month analytics report with insights and next-step recommendations
