Instagram Organic Growth Specialist / Community Manager for DatoPicada.cl

I am looking for an experienced Instagram Organic Growth Specialist / Community Manager to manage and significantly grow the Instagram account of DatoPicada.cl, a Chilean online directory for local businesses, restaurants, tourism, shopping, services, and other businesses throughout Chile.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

The main goal is to significantly grow DatoPicada's Instagram community organically and, most importantly, convert that growth into real traffic to DatoPicada.cl and new businesses joining and publishing on the platform.

IMPORTANT – 100% ORGANIC GROWTH

NO Meta Ads or paid advertising will be used.

The growth strategy must be completely organic.

I will NOT accept:

- Bots.
- Purchased followers.
- Fake followers.
- Purchased likes or comments.
- Aggressive automated follow/unfollow systems.
- Spam.
- Any method that could put the Instagram account at risk.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The freelancer will be responsible for:

- Actively managing the Instagram account.
- Searching daily for businesses and relevant accounts, primarily in Chile.
- Strategically following and interacting with relevant accounts.
- Writing natural and professional comments.
- Interacting with Stories and posts from Chilean businesses.
- Finding potential followers interested in restaurants, tourism, shopping, local businesses, and services.
- Contacting businesses through Instagram Direct Messages when appropriate.
- Inviting businesses to discover DatoPicada.cl and publish their businesses on the platform for free.
- Creating and publishing attractive content.
- Creating Reels designed to generate organic reach.
- Publishing Instagram Stories daily.
- Creating content about businesses, places, recommendations, and interesting locations throughout Chile.
- Properly tagging featured businesses.
- Finding opportunities for Instagram Collaboration posts with businesses.
- Encouraging featured businesses to share DatoPicada content with their own audiences.
- Using appropriate hashtags, locations, keywords, and Instagram SEO strategies.
- Responding to and interacting with comments.
- Generating traffic from Instagram to DatoPicada.cl.
- Gradually expanding the strategy across different cities and regions of Chile.

EXPECTED ACTIVITY

I am looking for someone who can work actively on the account every day, not someone who simply schedules a few posts per week.

As a general reference:

- 1–2 Reels/posts per day.
- Instagram Stories every day.
- Daily interaction with Chilean accounts.
- Daily discovery of new businesses.
- Contact with potential businesses.
- Development of collaborations with businesses.
- Continuous optimization of the strategy based on performance.

The exact content frequency can be adjusted if the specialist recommends a more effective organic growth strategy.

PERFORMANCE METRICS

I am not only interested in increasing the follower count.

At the end of the first month, performance will be evaluated based on:

1. Growth of real followers, primarily located in Chile.
2. Total organic reach.
3. Reel views.
4. Engagement.
5. Instagram profile visits.
6. Clicks and traffic to DatoPicada.cl.
7. Number of businesses contacted.
8. Businesses interested in joining DatoPicada.
9. Content shared or reposted by featured businesses.
10. Overall growth in DatoPicada brand awareness.

INITIAL PROJECT DURATION

Initial trial period: 30 days.

If the freelancer demonstrates strong results and sustainable organic growth during the first month, I am interested in continuing the collaboration on a monthly and potentially long-term basis.

DatoPicada is an expanding project that will continue adding businesses from all regions of Chile, so there is potential for ongoing work.
