Instagram DM AI Automation

I’m ready to roll out an AI-powered assistant that replies automatically to every direct message that lands in our Instagram inbox. Phase one is Instagram only; once the workflow is solid I’ll consider extending it to other channels.

Here’s what the first release must achieve:
• Seamless connection to our Instagram Business account through the official API.
• Conversational AI (ManyChat, Dialogflow, GPT-4 or a similar stack) trained on our FAQs, product catalog and brand voice so answers feel on-brand and accurate.
• Intelligent intent detection, instant replies, and a graceful hand-off to a human agent whenever confidence drops or the user types “agent.”
• Conversation transcripts stored in Google Sheets—or pushed to our current CRM—so the team can review and fine-tune the bot.

Deliver a working prototype, deployment instructions, and a short walkthrough so my staff can update replies without touching code. Include your proposed tech stack and timeline so I can slot the launch into our calendar.
