Instagram Content Creation via Adobe Illustrator

I need help with making content for Instagram using Adobe Illustrator. The design work has been done, but there are jobs todo with the finishing parts. For example, we have a poster that needs to be translated into a number of languages.

Looking for someone to work with on this project and many others who is extremely fluent in Adobe Illustrator with a design background. Living / working in the European time zone.

The enclosed poster is what needs to be translated. It uses a number of Franklin Gothic fonts. It has to be perfect and we need to be able to get the source materials back.
