I’m looking for a reliable assistant who can take the lead on creating fresh, engaging content for my Instagram account while stepping in for light digital chores when needed. The role centres on Instagram content creation, yet now and then I may ask for basic data entry or straightforward administrative follow-ups.
What I need most right now:
• Original Instagram posts: simple graphics or photos, concise captions, relevant hashtags.
• Consistent delivery: propose a realistic posting rhythm and stick to it.
• Clear communication: update me on progress, ask questions early, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Flexibility: if a quick spreadsheet update or minor admin task pops up, you’re comfortable handling it.
You should be able to:
– Follow written instructions without supervision.
– Work punctually and take ownership of the schedule you set.
– Use basic online tools (Canva, Google Workspace, or similar) to draft and share content for approval.
Experience in social media management is welcome but not mandatory; I value responsibility and good communication even more.
When you reply, please tell me:
1. Your relevant experience (even if it’s personal projects).
2. How many Instagram posts you can produce weekly and your estimated turnaround time.
3. Your proposed fee or hourly rate.
I’m eager to find someone who can start quickly and grow with the role as new digital tasks arise.
