Developer for an AI Instagram DM Sales Assistant

Hi! I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to build an AI sales assistant that runs directly in businesses’ Instagram DMs. Each business should be able to connect its own Instagram account.

The assistant should:

- Communicate naturally in Persian, understand customer needs, recommend products, answer questions, handle sales objections, and guide customers toward purchasing.
- Connect to the business’s product catalog and inventory system to check current prices, stock, colors, sizes, and availability.
- Understand text messages, voice notes, images, and videos sent by customers, wherever supported by the official API. Please explain any limitations.
- Remember the context of each customer’s conversation.
- Share product and payment links and, where supported, create orders after customer confirmation.
- Hand conversations over to a human admin when needed and pause automated replies during human takeover.
- Allow the business to update product information, sales instructions, FAQs, and policies easily.

Instagram account safety is a top priority.

The solution must use official Meta/Instagram APIs and authorized login methods, comply with applicable platform policies and messaging limits, and protect customer data and access tokens.

I do not want scraping, unofficial private APIs, password sharing, browser automation, or methods that bypass Instagram restrictions. The integration should preserve normal access to the account and inbox.

I understand that nobody can guarantee zero platform-related risk. Please explain the safeguards you will implement, any remaining risks, and any Meta permissions or app reviews required—especially for connecting multiple clients’ accounts.

Please include in your proposal:

1. Relevant projects you have built, preferably with a working demo.
2. Your recommended technical approach and tools.
3. Estimated timeline and total development cost.
4. Expected monthly costs, including hosting, AI usage, and other services.
5. Any limitations affecting voice notes, images, videos, or automated follow-ups.
6. Your testing, maintenance, and post-launch support plan.

I would like to start with a working pilot on one Instagram account, test it thoroughly, and then expand to additional businesses.

The final handover should include the source code or workflows, setup documentation, and a walkthrough so I can manage the system independently.
