Inspirational Women Leaders Panel

I’m putting together an energising, live panel discussion that will spotlight accomplished women and leave fellow professionals motivated to aim higher in their careers. The format is strictly a moderated conversation followed by a brief audience chat, so I want every moment to feel fresh, authentic, and—above all—inspiring.

Your role
• Identify and secure three to four dynamic female leaders whose stories resonate with mid-career professionals.
• Craft a concise discussion guide that steers the conversation toward practical take-aways and uplifting moments.
• Coordinate all pre-event logistics: speaker briefs, run-of-show, and tech checks (Zoom or on-site AV).
• Manage the flow on the day—introductions, timing, audience questions—so the session finishes on a high note.

Acceptance criteria
• Confirmed speaker list with bios and headshots.
• Final discussion guide approved at least one week before the event.
• Flawless 60-minute session delivered, recorded, and shared within 24 hours.
