I’m putting the finishing touches on a fiction manuscript and now need a set of illustrations in a clean, expressive sketch-art style. The tone of the story is uplifting and motivational, so the artwork should feel equally inspirational—light, hopeful, and full of quiet energy instead of dark or gritty.
Two aspects matter most to me:
• Scenic backgrounds that capture the atmosphere of each location, from wide open vistas to intimate interior settings.
• Key story events reproduced faithfully so readers can instantly recognise the pivotal moments as they turn the page.
I’ll supply chapter summaries, scene notes, and any character references you need. In return I’m looking for high-resolution, print-ready illustrations (TIFF or 300-dpi PNG) plus the layered source files so my designer can adjust placement and sizing during layout. If you prefer working in Procreate, Photoshop, Clip Studio, or even traditional pencil scanned at high resolution, that’s fine—just let me know your process so we can keep colours and line weights consistent.
When you reply, please include:
1. A link to comparable sketch-art pieces you’ve completed.
2. How many revisions are included.
3. An estimated timeline for draft thumbnails through to final art.
I’m eager to see how you’ll bring these scenes to life.
