Must be based in Sydney and able to travel to inner city.
I’m creating a 90-second, inspirational key note speaker message that will be shown on a large screen at an upcoming function, and I need you to take it from shoot to final master.
Here’s what I'm looking for. We’ll film me speaking in my apartment—whichever corner you judge gives the best look. You’ll need to arrive with a solid camera kit (HD/4K body, fast lens, softbox or LED panel for flattering light), a quality lavalier or shotgun mic for crisp audio, and a simple teleprompter setup so I can stay on script without visible cue cards. Once we wrap, you’ll handle the full edit: trimming the talking-head footage, colour-grading, sweetening the audio, and weaving in several short video clips and a handful of photos that I’ll provide to reinforce the message. Subtle motion graphics or lower-third text are welcome if they add polish without distracting from the tone.
The video must feel uplifting, sincere, and professional—no stiff corporate vibe. Because it’s being projected to a large audience, please deliver the final file in a high-bit-rate 1080p (or higher) MP4, along with a backup ProRes version.
Key dates
• Shoot completed by 29 September
• Rough cut to me by 1 October for any tweaks.
• Final, event-ready file in my inbox by 3 October.
Deliverables
• One 1.5-minute finished video (1080p MP4 + ProRes master).
• All project files (premiere/resolve project, graphics, audio).
• A short thumbnail/frame suggestion for event organisers.
If this fits your kit and schedule, I'd love to hear from you.
