Inspirational 2D Animated Video

An engaging narration is already recorded—I now need it brought to life through a fully-realised 2D animation. The piece should feel inspirational in tone yet stay visually grounded and realistic, avoiding cartoony exaggeration while still carrying the warmth and energy that 2D allows.

Scope of work
The storyboard will flow directly from the voice track, so timing and lip-sync must be spot-on. Clean, lifelike character design, nuanced facial expressions, and believable motion are essential. Think Along the Lines of modern, semi-realistic explainer pieces rather than flat cartoons or abstract shapes. A subtle use of motion graphics elements is welcome to emphasise data points or key phrases, but the core should remain character-driven 2D animation.

Creative tools
Whether you prefer Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint or a similar pipeline, use whatever lets you achieve fluid movement and crisp line work. Source files should stay neatly organised so that future updates are painless.

Deliverables
• Final video in 1080p (and 4K if available) encoded for web and social
• Separate, layered project files with all linked assets
• Clean-mixed audio track perfectly synced to the narration
• One round of revisions after the first full draft

Acceptance criteria
The animation must match the narration word-for-word, maintain consistent on-model design, and convey an uplifting, motivating atmosphere throughout. Smooth frame-to-frame motion and realistic physics will be checked before sign-off.
