Building project structural engineer and architect
Phase 1 :
Structural engineer verification of the design and calculations of an innovative house building system based on monolytic blocks in EPScrete with reinforced grout columns, traditional monolytic slab foundation on pilars, monolytic floor slab, metal beam roofstructure with sandwich panels.
composition of tests to be executed ( we''ll execute them with a lab in Paraguay )
Phase 2 : verification of the lab results and - if required - update the calculations and specifications
Phase 3 : We have a villa designed in 3D in sketchup. The design is detailed, but not structural and not adapted to the new building system.
You job is to design the villa in Revit, only structural part, no MEP, no HVAC.
Required knowledge :
Certified and experienced structural engineer / architect. experience with EPScrete and/or foamcrete is a plus. Experience with cold barriers, damp, condensation, mould prevention.
Sketchup, Revit
Though not part of these 3 phases, experience with rendering is a plus for a potential phase 4
Certification :
We don't need certification by any independant organisation. This will be done in Paraguay.
We only need the documents to be 'certified' in accordance to USA building regulations by the engineers signature and stamp
NDA
the building system is innovative once certified it will be subject to a patent request.
So before we can give you the specifications, we need a signed NDA
5 step contracting proces ;
1 : interested structural enigineers / architects contact us with a preliminary estimate for the 3 phases
2 : if the preliminary estimate is within budget, we provide links to the NDA, the agreement and the villa design in sketchup
3 : the interested structural engineer / Architect confirms or updates the preliminary estimate to a quotation
4 : we do a video call with the selected structural engineer(s) / Architect(s). This is a basic requirement. We only work with persons with whom we've had a personal video call prior to any agreement.
5 : we award to project
