I need an experienced web developer to recreate an existing site I will share once we connect. The goal is not a pixel-perfect rip but a faithful reproduction of its structure, design language, and content flow so I can deliver the same user experience under my own branding.

Key points you should know up front:

• Platform: Web only—no mobile app work required.
• Purpose: Purely informational. There is no shopping cart, booking engine, or user account system; visitors just need to browse articles, images, and a few embedded videos.
• Stack flexibility: I am happy with WordPress, Next.js, or another mainstream CMS/framework so long as it stays lightweight, SEO-friendly, and easy for me to update without touching code.
• Branding: I will supply a new logo, color palette, and copy tweaks; everything else can follow the reference layout.
• Timeline: I would like the first interactive draft online within two weeks of project start so I can review and request revisions.

Acceptance criteria
1. Responsive pages that match the reference site’s look and navigation on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
2. Clean HTML5/CSS3, accessible markup, and fast page loads (Google PageSpeed 90+).
3. Editable content areas through the chosen CMS, including header, footer, menus, and all text blocks.
4. Basic on-page SEO setup (metadata, open graph tags, sitemap.xml).
5. Handover of final source files and a brief Loom walkthrough showing how to edit pages.

If this sounds like a straightforward build for you, let me know what stack you prefer and share a couple of similar informational sites you have cloned or redesigned recently.
