I need a clean, modern informational website built from scratch. The sole purpose is to present clear, well-structured content and make it easy for visitors to learn about my services, background, and ethos.

You’ll handle the full website development cycle—planning, design, front-end and back-end implementation, testing, and deployment. A responsive layout is non-negotiable; the site must look and perform flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. I’m open to popular CMS solutions such as WordPress or a lightweight static-site generator if that better suits the scope.

Core requirements
• Intuitive navigation that keeps pages within two clicks of the homepage.
• Fast-loading pages (Google PageSpeed insights 90+).
• Basic on-page SEO baked in (clean semantic markup, meta tags, alt text).
• Simple content-management ability so I can update copy or add new pages later without developer intervention.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed to my chosen hosting.
2. Source files and clear handover documentation (admin credentials, build instructions, and a quick user guide).
3. Two feedback rounds after the initial draft to fine-tune design and content flow.
