Informational Impact Flyer Design

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer to create an engaging informational flyer for our non-profit, Eden Village of Tulsa. The flyer will be distributed to the general public and to donors and must include compelling statistics and data, as well as key company/organizational details. This will be our 2026 Impact Report, with about 6 pages sharing where we've been, where we are now, and our vision for the future.

Requirements:
- Eye-catching layout and design
- Clear, concise, and informative content presentation
- Use of graphics to enhance understanding of statistics
- Incorporation of branding elements

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Experience creating informational content
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
