The project centres on turning our written content and images into a polished, multi-page informational brochure presented as a booklet. Because the goal is to inform rather than hard-sell, the layout needs to guide readers smoothly through sections, using clear typographic hierarchy, engaging visuals, and consistent brand colours.
Format & scope
• Multi-page booklet format is required; bi-fold or tri-fold styles were considered but do not provide enough space for the material.
• Exact page count will be confirmed once all assets are reviewed, but expect multiple spreads rather than a single fold-out.
• Source work in Adobe InDesign (preferred) or Illustrator, with linked high-resolution imagery and any custom graphics created in-house.
Key considerations
– Clean, readable typography and ample white space.
– CMYK colour profile with 3 mm bleeds for print, plus a lighter RGB PDF for online viewing.
– Consistency with our existing logo, brand palette and tone.
– Icons, charts or infographics where helpful to clarify information.
Deliverables
1. Print-ready PDF booklet (CMYK, bleeds, crop marks).
2. Optimised web PDF (under 5 MB).
3. Editable packaged source files, including fonts and linked images.
Acceptance criteria
• All text and images sit within safe margins; no low-resolution assets.
• Colours match supplied brand values within standard print tolerances.
• Final files open without missing links or font errors.
With these pieces in place, the brochure should arrive press-ready and equally polished for digital distribution, giving our audience an informative, visually pleasing reference they can keep on hand.
