Infor FSM Virtual Training Sessions

I’m putting together a series of advanced-level virtual classes focused on Infor FSM’s Financial Management and Supply Management suites. My users already work daily in the product, so we want to move straight past the basics and concentrate on configuration nuances, best-practice workflows, and troubleshooting techniques that aren’t always obvious from the documentation.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear training plan that breaks the material into logical modules (Financial first, then Supply, or an integrated flow if you think that’s stronger).
• Live, instructor-led sessions delivered over Zoom, Webex, or a comparable platform, with the flexibility to record for later playback.
• Hands-on labs for each topic, complete with step-by-step guides, sample data, and expected outcomes so attendees can practice on their own sandboxes between classes.
• Short knowledge checks or mini-assessments to verify mastery before we move on to the next section.
• Post-training Q&A office hours and a concise reference packet summarising key commands, navigation tips, and common pitfalls.

Acceptance criteria
1. Lab guides must run error-free on a standard Infor FSM demo instance.
2. Each session must allocate at least 40% of its time to interactive, practical work.
3. Attendee feedback form should show an average score of 4/5 or better across usefulness, clarity, and pace.
