Inflatable Rental Booking Website

I run a local bounce-house business and need a clean, mobile-friendly site that lets families reserve our inflatables instantly. The core of the build is an online booking engine that:

• shows each unit’s photos, description, price, and live availability
• supports instant booking with automated confirmation e-mails and texts
• collects the customer’s name, phone, e-mail, full event address, event date & time, and the type of inflatable they want during checkout
• blocks out delivery areas outside the ZIP codes I serve so nobody can book where we don’t deliver
• takes a card deposit now and the balance on delivery (Stripe or Square are fine)

I’d like an intuitive admin panel where I can:
– add or retire units, update pricing, or set maintenance blackout dates
– see all upcoming rentals on a calendar view
– print or download daily delivery schedules

WordPress with a bookings plugin, WooCommerce, or a similar stack is fine as long as I can manage it myself afterward. Please include a simple walkthrough video or short call at hand-off so I’m comfortable editing products and availability on my own.
