I need a complete solar-PV system design tailored for an industrial-grade warehouse. The goal is to offset day-to-day operational loads reliably and cost-effectively, fully optimised for warehouse usage patterns rather than residential or data-centre demand curves.

What I expect from you:
• A sizing study that translates my warehouse’s energy profile into the required DC kWp and inverter AC output.
• Layout drawings that place modules, inverters, combiner boxes and cable runs clearly on the roof plan.
• Energy-yield and shading simulations (PVsyst or similar) that show monthly and annual production, losses and performance ratio.
• A bill of materials with recommended module, inverter and mounting models, plus one or two viable alternates where you see fit.
• CAPEX/OPEX estimates with payback and IRR so I have a solid business case for management approval.

Deliver everything in editable formats—DWG or PDF for drawings, XLSX for calculations, and a concise report (DOCX or PDF) stitching it all together.

If you have questions about load data, metering points or site conditions, let me know early so we can keep the timeline tight. I’m keen to award quickly and move straight into detailed engineering once the concept package is signed off.
