Industrial Property Photo & Drone Shoot

Outdoor, daylight images and drone footage are required for a single industrial property. The brief is strictly exterior: please capture the full building façade plus the surrounding land and on-site facilities so potential tenants can assess scale, condition, and logistics at a glance.

Deliverables
• 15–20 high-resolution ground photos featuring the exterior structure from multiple angles.
• 6–10 contextual ground photos that clearly show adjacent facilities and open land.
• 1–2 minutes of smooth, stabilised drone video (1080p or better) covering fly-in, orbit and pull-away shots.
• 5–8 high-resolution aerial stills taken from the drone.

Acceptance criteria
Images must be colour-balanced, distortion-free and ready for web and print. Drone footage should be edited for steady exposure and free of prop shadows. All files to be delivered via downloadable link within five days of the shoot.
