Industrial PEB Estimator & Strategist

I run a civil construction firm in Sonipat, Haryana and we are now stepping into full-scale PEB and industrial projects across Delhi-NCR. To do this confidently, I need someone who can marry sharp numbers with solid business instincts.

Your core mission is to turn qualified leads into signed work orders while backing every conversation with reliable BOQs and competitive cost estimates. Practical, site-level experience on factory, warehouse and wider infrastructure builds is non-negotiable because most discussions will revolve around foundations, flooring, roads, drainage, boundary walls and complete PEB envelopes.

What I will rely on you for:

• Drafting accurate BOQs and cost sheets that reflect current Delhi-NCR market rates
• Building and maintaining a live database of those rates for both civil and PEB scopes
• Spotting genuine factory or industrial construction opportunities and opening doors to them
• Leveraging your network to secure meetings with PEB manufacturers, architects, consultants and project owners
• Driving each lead through to award, supplying the technical and commercial clarity that wins confidence

Lead generation and conversion matter most to me, but the estimating strength must be there to support every pitch. Timing is flexible; I value thorough groundwork over speed, so we can pace the engagement sensibly as long as progress is steady.
