I need a complete hydraulic solution for an industrial-grade material-handling machine. The scope starts at system-level sizing and runs all the way through to a finished schematic and fully specified bill of materials.
What I already know
• Application: mobile material handling system with ramp and load of 6 ton.
• Core hardware that must be incorporated: hydraulic pumps, cylinders and motors.
What I need from you
1. Analyse the load and working principle details I will provide, then size the pumps, cylinders and motors accordingly.
2. Select commercially available components that meet those calculations, noting part numbers, seal options and any special mounting or porting choices.
3. Produce a clear hydraulic schematic—ISO symbols preferred—showing every valve, filter, reservoir, relief device and safety interlock.
4. Deliver a concise BOM (Excel or CSV) with vendor, part number, pressure rating and lead-time notes.
Acceptance criteria
• Calculations tie back to my stated load, speed and duty-cycle figures.
• Schematic is readable in AutoCAD (DWG) or PDF with layers intact.
• All components on the BOM exist in current manufacture
If you routinely work in tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks and can demonstrate past similar work, you’ll be up and running quickly. I’ll be available for quick feedback loops.
