I need accurate pipe-flow calculations to finalise an industrial gas-distribution system that is now at the layout stage. The job centres on a single line (straight runs, a handful of elbows and valves) and I want reliable numbers for three parameters: flow rate, pressure drop and velocity from inlet to outlet.
You may work in with pipe flow software and based on accepted gas-flow correlations (Darcy-Weisbach, Panhandle, AGA, or similar).
Deliverables
• A brief write-up of all assumptions (pipe material, roughness, gas properties, temperature/pressure bases).
• Calculation sheets or code with clear referencing so I can audit or reuse the model.
• A succinct results table and, if helpful, plots showing how pressure and velocity evolve along the line.
I will provide the line schematic, nominal pipe sizes and expected operating conditions as soon as we start. The work is considered complete when the numbers balance and the governing equations are traceable in your file.
