I’m upgrading the control-side of an industrial installation and need a seasoned electrical designer to turn my functional requirements into complete, build-ready documentation. The scope is strictly the control system — power distribution and lighting are handled elsewhere — so the focus will be on I/O allocation, panel layouts, wiring schematics, interlock logic and all the drawings a panel shop and field team need to fabricate, install and commission the system.
Here’s what I expect to walk away with:
• Detailed single-line and schematic drawings in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN (DWG + PDF).
• Control panel layout, terminal diagrams and cable schedules.
• Bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers and load calculations.
• Compliance notes to IEC/NFPA standards that apply to the plant.
• A concise design brief explaining operational sequences so my PLC programmer can pick it up without guesswork.
If you already work in a different CAD platform, mention it; I can adapt as long as I get editable files. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA and general automation practices is important because I value design decisions that anticipate programming and commissioning.
I can supply the P&IDs, device list and an outline of the required sequences as soon as we start. Let me know your typical turnaround time for the first draft and how you prefer to handle design reviews.
