I have an industrial machine project that now needs clear, build-ready documentation. I’m looking for precise electrical schematics together with a detailed 2-D control-panel layout that an electrician can follow without second-guessing anything.
Scope
– The schematics must cover the entire production-line control system, showing every motor, sensor, safety device, PLC, relay, contactor, power supply, push button, indicator light, and the touch-screen HMI.
– Wire numbers, terminal references, and device tags should match across the schematic pages and the physical panel drawing.
– Component spacing, DIN-rail positions, cable ducts, and panel cut-outs should be shown to scale so the shop can drill, punch, and wire directly from your drawing.
Preferred workflow
If you typically use AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or a similar package, that will slot in perfectly with the rest of our documentation. I can supply a bill of materials and the machine I/O list once we start; you’ll return native CAD files plus PDFs for the shop floor.
Deliverables for sign-off
• Complete multi-page schematic (PDF + editable CAD)
• 2-D control-panel layout with dimensions (PDF + editable CAD)
I will walk through the draft with you online, then give a single consolidated markup before final release. If everything is clear enough for the panel builder to wire without calling back, we’re done.
