Indoor50 Website Modern Redesign

I’m ready to give Indoor50Kids.com a fresh, modern face. The current site feels dated, so my top priority is updating the look and feel with a clean, minimalist aesthetic that still reflects our fun indoor-play brand.
Essential requirements
• Modern, minimalist UI with plenty of white space, subtle animation, and easy-to-scan typography.
• Fast core web vitals (please highlight the tools or techniques you’ll use, e.g., lazy loading, WebP, caching).
• Handover package: design source files (Figma, XD, or Sketch), exported assets, and implementation instructions or, if you can develop, the live site itself.
