Indoor Operations Mobile App

I own a carpet cleaning business and would like to develop an internal application to manage customer pickup requests.

The Operations Manager should be able to enter customer details, including the customer’s name, phone number, and location, and create pickup requests that will appear to the drivers.

Drivers can view the available requests, accept a request, and contact the customer to arrange the pickup of the carpets and deliver them to the cleaning facility.

The customer’s phone number should be visible only to the Operations Manager. The driver should be able to communicate with the customer through the application without seeing the customer’s actual phone number, in order to protect customer privacy and prevent sharing customer contact information outside the system.

The application should also allow the Operations Manager to track the status of each request, for example:

New Request → Accepted → On the Way → Carpets Collected → Delivered to Facility.
