Indonesian WhatsApp Sales Support

I run a consultation-based service and most of my prospects approach me through WhatsApp. I need an Indonesian-speaking assistant who can turn those incoming chats into confirmed consultations and, where appropriate, paid clients.

Your daily work will revolve around WhatsApp Business: greeting new leads, qualifying their needs, explaining how my consultation works, handling objections in a friendly tone, and closing the conversation with either a scheduled call or a direct payment link. Because this is a service business, speed and warmth are everything—responses should land within minutes during agreed-upon hours.

To keep our pipeline visible you’ll log each conversation in my simple Google Sheet CRM, tag its status, and set a follow-up reminder when a prospect hesitates. I’ll provide a short knowledge base, pricing, and templated answers; you are free to adapt the language so it sounds natural and personal.

Deliverables
• Prompt, accurate chat handling during scheduled shifts
• Daily update of lead status in the shared sheet
• Weekly summary of conversions, common questions, and suggested script tweaks

Acceptance criteria: average response time under five minutes during shift, 95 % accuracy in data logging, and at least two qualified bookings per day once ramp-up is complete.
