The inquiries are usually straightforward—product details, stock availability, shipping times, payment confirmation, and return rules. There is no complaint resolution or appointment scheduling involved, just fast and friendly responses to pertanyaan umum.

To do this smoothly you should:
• Write flawless, natural-sounding Bahasa Indonesia.
• Use WhatsApp Business tools such as labels and quick replies to stay organised and consistent.
• Keep average reply time short during agreed business hours so our chat badge stays green.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Real-time or near-real-time answers to all incoming general questions.
2. A concise daily log summarising total chats handled, common issues raised, and any follow-up needed.
