I have a company-profile website written in Indonesian—about 2,500 words across the home page, “About Us,” and several product sections—that I need rendered in natural, business-ready English. The finished copy should read conversational and friendly, with the same approachable tone the original carries, yet still feel polished enough for international partners and investors.

A straight, literal conversion won’t work. I’m looking for localization: turns of phrase that feel as though the text was drafted by a native English speaker. Certain key Indonesian terms (brand taglines, product names, a few cultural references) must stay exactly as they are; I’ll flag them in the source file so you can weave them in smoothly without breaking the flow.

You’ll receive a Word document and a link to the live pages for context. Please return the translation in an editable format so our web team can drop the text straight into the CMS.

Deliverables
• Final English copy, fully proofread and ready for web
• A short glossary noting every Indonesian term you intentionally kept, with its meaning, so our future editors understand the choice

If you have experience localizing Southeast-Asian content or writing for corporate sites, that’s a definite plus—let me know in your proposal along with a brief sample. I’m aiming to wrap this within a week, so availability for quick questions during the process will be appreciated.
