Indonesian Telegram Chatbot Responder

I need a Telegram bot that can take over my channel’s incoming messages and answer them exclusively in Indonesian. Two core functions matter most to me:

• Automated replies triggered by specific keywords I will supply.
• Flexible customer-support style responses for questions that don’t match those keywords.

A clean, maintainable solution built on the official Telegram Bot API is preferred, but I am open to any framework you are comfortable with as long as it runs reliably on a standard VPS. The reply database has to be easy for me to update later—CSV, Google Sheet, or a small web panel, whichever you feel is quickest to set up.

Key expectations
1. The bot detects the user’s message, matches it against my keyword list, and returns the preset answer instantly.
2. When no keyword is found, it should switch to a fallback mode that lets me enter a custom reply manually or route the chat to a human operator inside the same Telegram thread.
3. All messages must be sent in clear, natural Indonesian; for now I do not need any multi-language capability.
4. Basic analytics—daily count of received questions and answered ones—would be a useful extra if you can add it quickly.

Once you have a working prototype, please share the bot for testing on my private group. I will sign off once we verify:
• keywords trigger the correct response every time,
• non-matching queries reach the fallback queue, and
• no English text slips through the automated replies.
