Indonesia Shipment Inspection Visits

I’m looking for a reliable freelancer who can visit supplier warehouses or factories across Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali whenever an export shipment is about to leave. You’ll receive an email from me with the exact address and an agreed-upon time slot. Because I often arrange bookings at short notice, it helps that you are comfortable travelling on both weekdays and weekends.

The job itself is straightforward: arrive on site, take clear photographs of the packed goods, labels, seals, and any export markings, then shoot a brief walkthrough video with your phone. Once you’re back online, drop everything into our short report template and send it straight over to my office in India the same day. I regularly handle this workflow, so I’m quick to approve reasonable travel costs as long as we discuss them beforehand.

You already photograph and film shipments frequently, so you’ll understand the importance of sharp, well-lit images and steady footage. No fancy gear is required—your phone and a keen eye for detail will do the trick.

Deliverables per visit:
• 15–25 high-resolution photos (JPEG or PNG)
• One concise walkthrough video (standard phone quality is fine)
• A completed PDF or Word report using our template, submitted the same day

Assignments pop up about once a week in each country listed below:
