Indo-Western Fashion Designer Needed for Winter Co-ord Sets (Velvet, Silk and More)

LYDC is a growing Indian fashion brand selling on Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart and our own website. We're launching a winter collection of Indo-Western co-ord sets for women and need an experienced designer to create it with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DESIGN
- 5 co-ord set designs (top plus bottom, with an optional jacket, shrug or cape layer)
- Indo-Western styles blending Indian details (embroidery, zari, mirror work, pleats, angrakha or kurta cuts) with Western shapes (blazers, crop tops, flared pants, palazzos, skirts)
- Winter fabrics such as velvet, silk, satin, crushed velvet, tissue, suede and wool blends
- Pieces for festive, wedding-guest, party and smart-casual wear

DELIVERABLES FOR EACH DESIGN
- Colour sketch or flat drawing (front and back)
- Tech pack with measurements, size chart (XS to XXL), fabric and trim details, construction notes and embellishment placement
- Fabric and colour suggestions with a winter 2026 palette
- Rough costing notes so the selling price stays between Rs 1,500 and Rs 4,000

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in Indo-Western or ethnic-fusion womenswear (portfolio required)
- Hands-on knowledge of velvet and silk: drape, lining and stitching
- Understanding of what sells on Indian e-commerce sites
- Comfortable with Illustrator, CLO 3D or neat hand sketches
- Bonus if you can recommend manufacturers or sampling units

TIMELINE AND PAYMENT
- First concepts within 7 days, all 5 designs within 2-3 weeks
- Paid by milestone: concepts, final designs, then tech packs
