Once you have fresh leads, introduce ShaadiSathi to them—our launch listing is completely free—and start a conversation, prioritising WhatsApp messages for the first touchpoint. A quick follow-up call is fine whenever the chat stalls, but written outreach keeps everything documented and easy for vendors to reference.

For every interested business, capture two critical details: the exact services they provide and an outline of their current pricing. Where possible, collect a few representative photos so their future listing looks polished. Log all of this in the shared Google Sheet vendor tracker as you go; I check it in real time, so accuracy and same-day updates are essential.

Each evening I’ll look for a brief report summarising:
• total messages/calls sent
• number of vendors who replied
• those willing to join the platform and already listed
