Indian University Leadership Contacts

I need a clean, well-structured database that covers the leadership teams—Chancellors, Vice-Chancellors and Deans—of more than 400 universities across India. For every contact, I must have three fields populated with a very high level of accuracy: full name, direct email address and direct phone number.

Feel free to leverage any combination of advanced research methods, AI enrichment (ChatGPT, web-scraping with Python, Google Sheets add-ons, etc.) and manual verification; what matters is that the final list is both comprehensive and reliable. I will import the data into my own CRM, so consistency in formatting is essential.

Deliverable
• A single Excel or Google Sheets file, one row per person, with clearly labelled columns for University, Position, Full Name, Email, Phone.

Acceptance criteria
• At least one verified contact for each leadership role at every university listed.
• Less than 5% bounce rate on test emails.
• Phone numbers must connect directly to the individual’s office or assistant, not a generic reception.
