Indian Technology Lawyer Required – App Developer Agreement & IP Protection

I am an early-stage founder developing a technology-based mobile application in India.
I require an Indian practising advocate/lawyer with experience in technology contracts and intellectual property to review and finalise the following documents:
NDA
Developer Services Agreement
IP / Work Product Assignment
Detailed Milestone / Statement of Work (SOW)
The project involves an external software/app development team.
Key requirements include confidentiality, source-code and work-product ownership, IP assignment, developer obligations, milestone payments, acceptance criteria, third-party/open-source components, repository/account ownership, handover, bug fixing, termination and dispute resolution.
I already have initial drafts of the documents, so I primarily require professional legal review, revisions and final execution-ready versions.
Important: Applicant should be an Indian practising advocate/lawyer with relevant experience in technology/software agreements and IP matters.
