India Hotel Survey Outreach

I need practical help reaching out to luxury and mid-range hotels across India and persuading them to complete a short online survey for my new culinary-travel startup. The single goal is to gather solid market data from these properties so I can shape upcoming product features and partnerships.

You will craft concise, appealing email or phone scripts, identify the right contact at each hotel, handle follow-ups, and keep detailed notes on response status. Fluency in English is essential; any additional Indian languages are a plus because I want genuine conversations rather than generic blasts. Proven experience with hospitality databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools will make the work far smoother.

Deliverables
• Verified list of luxury and mid-range hotels contacted (name, location, contact person, email/phone, outreach date, response).
• Completed survey responses exported to Google Sheets.
• Brief summary highlighting response rates, common feedback themes, and any friction points you noticed during outreach.
