India-Compliant Hospital Management System

I need a full-fledged Hospital Information Management System built to Indian standards. Core functionality must cover patient record management, appointment scheduling, and integrated billing & invoicing, and the same codebase has to run smoothly in both clinics and multi-specialty hospitals without major rework.

If you already have a proven product, I’d like to see a working demo immediately; if you plan on building from scratch, walk me through your tech stack, timeline, and how you will meet local compliance such as NDHM/ABDM, NABH, HL7 or FHIR where applicable. Deployment can be cloud, on-premise, or hybrid, but all data must remain on servers physically located in India with full role-based access control, audit logs, prescription printouts in local languages, and standard ICD-10 libraries baked in.
