We are seeking India-based developers for a genuine, smaller hospital website prototype and possible paid implementation. We welcome both experienced developers and smaller/emerging developers with relevant portfolio work. Proposals will be compared fairly based on demonstrated work, technical approach, communication, realistic scope, timeline, and total cost. The maximum budget range for this prototype is $100–$1,200 USD, depending on the proposed deliverables.
Prototype scope:
- One polished, responsive hospital landing page or a small 2–3-page prototype using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- A basic Sanity CMS setup with a doctor-directory schema/prototype containing doctor name, photo, specialty, and short bio.
- A simple WhatsApp/contact action for appointment requests or general inquiries; no complex booking backend is required.
- Basic technical SEO: page titles, descriptions, semantic HTML, responsive performance, sitemap/robots guidance, and appropriate LocalBusiness or medical-business JSON-LD where suitable.
- Basic security and deployment baseline: sensible environment-variable handling, dependency hygiene, HTTPS/Vercel deployment guidance, and a short handover document.
Please propose a realistic scope that fits the budget. Clearly separate the essential prototype from optional additions such as extra pages, advanced animations, live Sanity preview, filtering/search, forms, email notifications, analytics, appointment booking, authentication, payments, medical records, custom backends, or future expansion work.
To make proposals comparable, please provide all of the following:
1. Approximate total fixed price for the prototype and the exact deliverables included.
2. Milestone plan with the price and acceptance criteria for each milestone.
3. Hourly rate and estimated hours, if you prefer hourly billing.
4. Realistic timeline, earliest start date, and your weekly availability.
5. Number of revision rounds included and the price of additional revisions.
6. Hosting and deployment costs, including Vercel or alternatives, domain, email, analytics, monitoring, backups, and any other recurring service costs.
7. Sanity CMS costs or limits that the client should expect, plus any third-party API or WhatsApp-related costs.
8. Maintenance and support options after delivery, including monthly or annual pricing, response times, security updates, dependency updates, backups, bug fixes, and content-update assistance.
9. Security practices included in this prototype, such as secret management, dependency scanning, form-spam protection, access control, backups, and incident response assumptions. Please provide a high-level description only; do not share confidential code or proprietary client information.
10. SEO work included, expected limitations, and optional prices for local SEO, structured-data improvements, performance optimization, and ongoing SEO support.
11. Handover details: source repository, deployment access, Sanity access, documentation, content-entry instructions, and ownership/licensing terms.
12. Any taxes, Freelancer fees, paid licenses, stock assets, or other costs not included in your quote.
13. One or two relevant portfolio examples and a brief explanation of what you personally built.
This is a genuine project evaluation, not a request for free detailed architecture or proprietary work. We may begin with a small paid milestone before deciding whether to proceed with later phases. Please state clearly what you can deliver within the selected budget and what would need a separate quote.
